1. Order Processing
● All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
● Custom and handmade pieces may require 5–7 business days.
● Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date.
● Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

3. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our logistics centre in China.
Once parcels arrive in your country, they are delivered by trusted local couriers (e.g. Royal Mail in the UK).
Prices are displayed in GBP for customer convenience.
Returns are processed through our UK return centre to ensure a smooth experience.
4. Lost or Missing Packages
● If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order, please contact us within 30 days of shipment.
● We will assist you with filing an insurance claim.
● Please note that once marked as delivered, responsibility lies with the courier and recipient.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
● To change or cancel an order, please email service@thegembeejewellery.com as soon as possible.
● Orders that have not yet shipped may be modified or cancelled.
● Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
● For UK customers:
Orders are shipped from our logistics centre in China. In most cases, UK customers will not need to pay additional import taxes, as applicable duties and VAT are included in the product price or prepaid through our shipping partners.
7. Restrictions
● We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
● Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information.
● Gembee Jewellery is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, missing contact details, or failure to collect parcels.
8. Delivery Notes
● Customs requirements vary by country; please submit any requested documents promptly to avoid delays.
● Factors such as weather, customs inspections, or courier capacity may occasionally affect delivery times — thank you for your patience.
