We want you to love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

As many of our pieces feature genuine gemstones, freshwater pearls, and other natural materials, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, and inclusions are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

Please contact service@thegembeejewellery.com before returning your item. Returns must be approved in advance, and we'll provide you with detailed return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days, although your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to complete the refund.
